Debbie Seib will visit in June and she's talking nucs. Nucs are a great tool for the beekeeper. We'll be discussing what to do with the nucs you've started and answering questions you might have after starting a nuc.

We've assembled an elite group of SIBA members to talk about pests and diseases. These members all keep bees within a 50 mile radius of Garry's Workshop so the pests and diseases discussed should be very relevant to all of us!

Gary Mullen will bring a solar wax melter and Simon Kuntz will share about a hive monitoring product called Queen's Guard.

Kathleen Prough, the Indiana state apiarist will be talking about brood disease and how and when a beekeeper will need to get a prescription from a veterinarian for Terramycin.

The monthly general SIBA meeting that occurs the third Thursday of each month. Check the specific date to get the meeting topic.

Jason Morgan will demonstrate how to make a candy board that can offer some peace of mind over the winter... especially if you think your hive is really low on honey stores. The candy board will be raffled off after the meeting.

Garry Reeves will present equipment repair in December. Winter is the best time to repair old equipment or build new based on your goals for the 2018 bee season. See you there!
