SIBA mans the honey booth at the state fair in the air-conditioned Ag/Hort building on Sat. Aug. 12th! It's a lot of fun!

SIBA Meetings occur the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm at the Sunman American Legion. Free and open to all.

The Ohio river is a source of water, life, travel, and fun for many. Let’s clean it up! Gloves, garbage bags, buckets and more are provided. Free lunch and prize give-a-ways held at noon! Coolers of drinks available throughout site during clean up.

John Schellenberger, (President of The Beekeepers of Indiana), will come and discuss the new Great Lakes Master Beekeepers Program.

Our Keynote Speaker will be Bob Binnie. Bob began commercial beekeeping in 1981 in Oregon & has been involved in commercial beekeeping in 10 states.

Jeff Montag will lead a timely roundtable discussion and demonstration on candy boards.

The annual SIBA beekeepers Christmas Party is scheduled for Fri. Dec. 15 at 6:30pm and there will be no meeting the 3rd Thurs. in December. Happy Holidays everyone!
