Robin Montag will present the process and needs of making creamed honey. Creamed honey is also known as spun honey or whipped honey and has a smooth, spreadable consistency due to controlled crystallization. Those of you who already make creamed honey, please feel free to add to the conversation and even bring samples of your own if you like! After Robin's presentation, with the busy season just around the corner, we will have a roundtable to discuss questions and concerns as a group. So bring your questions and we'll see everyone there!

SIBA Meetings occur the 3rd Thursday of each month through the year with topics being added to the event ahead of each meeting. Meetings are held at 6:30pm at the Sunman American Legion unless otherwise stated ahead of time in the newsletter and website. We're also looking for volunteers to help make the club GO.
